Another Update

Hello everybody, I am glad to say that in 10 short days from my last post I've gone from 2.5% to 22.5% of my needed funds, thats an $800 increase!! WOOT!! I appreciate everyone who has helped out so far and am so happy to have people like you in my life. Also another important thing to announce is the fact that our departure for Thailand has changed from may 28th and will now either be at the end of June or July. The reason for this is that our fundraising is going a little slower than anticipated and other issues have arisen. No worries though, God is good and I know he works all things together for the good of those who love him. Anywho, I want you all to know I love and I'm am stoked to see what God is going to do through our efforts...I say "our" because we are in this together. Your prayers and your contributions make you a part of the team, so thanks partners :)

Much love,
Joshua

What I've been up to and where I'm at

Sorry its been so long since I've updated my blog, things have been a little hectic. Recently I've been involved in the filming process for the film "Walther". I play a minor character in it named John Buenger, check out the website if you want http://waltherfilm.csl.edu/. Besides that I've been keeping busy with classes, teaching, and trying to raise support. Speaking of support, I am as of now 2.5% of the way there, meaning I've raised $100 out of $4000. The plan is to leave for Thailand in about 5 weeks and that leaves little time to raise the rest of the support I need. I realized that in the letters I sent out that I failed to mention the date of our departure which is May 28th, so this may be part of the reason support hasn't been coming in and for that I apologize. Although there isn't much time, I am at peace knowing that God will provide a way for me to go to Thailand if that is where he wants me to be. I've done the math and it turns out that if 80 people were to each give $50 then I would be set. This seems like a very reasonable goal to me. Keep me in your prayers.
